Teaching APCS: Chapter 1 and Hello World!

AP Computer Science started Chapter 1 of Cay Horstmann's master work, Big Java. This chapter is a very basic introduction to Hello World programs and computer literacy. We didn't get to any exercises or labs yet, so there's no screencasts this week. Here's a little code:
